About Adel C
Adel C is a Latvian nude model from Riga, born 9 May 1995, and outside the MetArt sites she's better known as Heidi Romanova. She worked from 2013 to 2020, starting at eighteen. On camera she's a pale, freckled redhead, 165 cm and about 45 kg, slim, with a natural C cup and green eyes (IAFD has them as hazel). She also has a Game of Thrones credit.
Career
Babepedia counts 307 covers, 213 photosets and 94 videos before she stopped in 2020, and indexxx tracks her across 44 sites. The names change with the studio. She's Adel C at MetArt, MetArtX and Eternal Desire, Adel O at The Life Erotic, Zane at Abby Winters and Vanessa at WowPorn, while Heidi Romanova is the name on her Instagram and on most database pages. Other stops on the indexxx list include Femjoy, Hegre, Watch4Beauty, SexArt, Nubiles and Playboy Plus.
Her MetArt network releases run from late 2014 to November 2020. Among them is Red Velvet, a 2016 MetArt film directed by Lucia Helios. Playboy Plus published her as Going Green on 17 March 2019 and put her in 19 other specials. Her last MetArt release, Backstage, is a behind-the-scenes look at her older shoots for the site. A retrospective to close on.
Style on screen
The MetArtX sets are solo and slow: lingerie and orange nylons, a shower, an ornate mask, a glass of wine on the table. Babepedia's profile lists harder work as well, girl-girl up to oral and boy/girl including anal and facials. Bisexual, per the same profile.
Off-screen
In season six of Game of Thrones she played a Volantene prostitute in the episode The Broken Man. Her Instagram, heidi.rom, had about 136,000 followers in December 2023, and there's an X account under HeidiRomanova.
