About Katie Lou
Katie Lou is a brunette British glamour model, born in December 1989, whose shoots run from 2012 to 2023. Other credits list her as Kirstie Patterson, Kirstie P and Katie Louise. She's 160 cm with a natural 34G chest and a navel piercing, and that figure set the direction of nearly all her video work. Busty tease, mostly solo.
Career
She came up on the UK glamour circuit with Purestorm as her agency. Indexxx ties her to 45 sites. The Only Tease group used her on Only Opaques, Only Secretaries, Only Costumes and Only Sportswear, and she shot for Layered Nylons in 2013. The Jerkrev sites (Downblouse Jerk, Upskirt Jerk, Lingerie Tales) booked her too, as did Latex Heaven, Pantyhose Studios, Real Brit Babes and Zexy VR.
Her longest run was with Downblouse Loving, from 2013 through 2022: a numbered series of short clips that kept her in front of the same audience for close to ten years. Clips under her name were still coming out on Only Looking in 2026, though TheNude's record of new shoots stops in 2023.
Style on screen
The core is downblouse and upskirt camera work: leaning over, bending down, panties on show. Full nudity is occasional. Away from the clip series she has credits on catfight and peril sites such as Femme Fight, F-F-Fights and Damsels in Peril, and TheNude lists oral and vaginal work next to glamour. Her most frequent partner is Kara Carter, with 17 shared appearances, followed by Bethany Morgan and Lena.
Off-screen
She runs an OnlyFans and an X account under one handle, @katielouisepx. Eleven years of clip work, no listed awards.
