Leila Mazz was a Latvian-born glamour and art-nude model, real name Galina Fedorova, born on 20 August 1987. Slim at 5'7" and around 104 lbs, she had brown hair, brown eyes and natural 34B-23-33 measurements. No tattoos on record.

Career

She started modeling in 2010, at 22, and changed names from one studio to the next (Lina and FerdyQ were two more). As Leila Mazz she shot for MetArt, Erotic Beauty, Eternal Desire and Errotica Archives, with more than 37 sets across those brands per Babepedia. As Galina M she did nine photosets and four videos for Artcore Café. As Rose she posed for 21 photosets at My Naked Dolls, and as Sandy she appeared in 82 galleries at Averotica. Her largest single body of work, by gallery count.

She also filmed six virtual striptease shows for iStripper, released in the summer of 2017, and worked with Twistys, Babes.com, StasyQ and SexArt. She was also listed with model agencies such as FashionBank, JulModels and Napodiume. Eternal Desire kept releasing her archive after her death: Love Story came out in June 2021 and Love Story II in August 2021.

Style on screen

Mostly solo art nudes on plain, minimal sets that left the focus on her face and slim build. Full nudity and masturbation were the core. Now and then she shared a glamour or softcore shoot with another model.

Off-screen

Travel took up a lot of her life. She spent more than a year moving around Asia while still modeling, and her social media was mostly surfing, diving, animals and friends. Her account, @galinamodel, showed about 87,000 followers in May 2026. She also had pages on Facebook and VK.
